Booking Policy

How to Book

Go to an individual apartment page, check availability on the calendar and make a booking request from there. If you would like to book BOTH apartments together (sleeping up to 8) then please check availability of both then get in touch directly by sending an email using the form on our Contact Us page.

If booking for more than 14 days in advance:

• pay total cost up front, or
• pay 25% up front (non-refundable) with the balance due 14 days before arrival

If booking for less than 14 days in advance:

• please pay total cost up front; no refunds will be given in case of cancellation

Please note that check-in time is from 4pm, and checkout time is by 11am. Earlier check-ins and later checkouts MAY be possible, but these cannot be confirmed until 48 hours before your stay (for check-in times) and until 24 hours before your scheduled departure (for checkout times), to allow for late bookings which may affect these arrangements.

• Paypal (but through your Paypal balance only as credit/debit card payments through Paypal may incur a fee)

Cancellations

The 25% initial payment is non-refundable; deadline for payment of the 75% balance is 14 days before your arrival date - your booking will be cancelled if payment is not made by this date. If you choose to pay the total cost up front, then cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will be refunded 75% of the total cost of your stay. No money will be refunded if cancellation is within 14 days of your arrival date.
